To Catch A Predator Update: Milwaukee

Image
Adam C. Miller was the man in the Packers jacket who ran and punched a Milwaukee police officer. He initially received only 7 months in jail, but appears to have spent roughly twice as long in the clink. After being released in 2008, he remained on probation until 2013, and he must be registered as a sex offender until 2028. He still lives in Germantown, Wisconsin.      Sean Young was a much more dangerous individual, caught cruising by the house with a loaded gun, despite being a convicted felon. He fired 3 lawyers who urged him to plead guilty and instead represented himself in court, disrupting the trial with numerous antics. He has been in prison for the past 11 years and will likely spend several more in prison before being released. After that he will spend 10 years on probation and be an RSO until at least 2044.       Miguel Miranda was not caught in the sting conducted with sheriffs in 2006, but in the med...

Scott Shackford Advocates For Pedophiles And KKK Members In The Same Article

Image
For a man with the douchiest first name ever conceived and the last name "Shackford," it seems pretty plausible that he spends his afternoons molesting kids in a white robe. Judging by his forehead as well as what he wrote, I'm guessing his mom dropped him on his head three or four times as a kid. Hell, most people would if their baby came out with a head bigger than their body.      His arguments against keeping a sex offender registry as well as creating a hate offender registry leave me unsure of where he stands politically aside from being an idiot. The only source he ever quoted was another deplorable pedophile activist named Lenore Skenazy. He seems to think that it is the job of the criminal justice system to make sure nobody ever finds out what they did. Yet he also thinks businesses have a right to discriminate while hiring.      His writing, besides being out of touch and boring, demonstrates a complete lack of understan...

Child Molestor Tries To Clear His Name On RipOff Report

Image
A child molestor tried to clear his name on RipOff Report after he was caught by PopSquad trying to rape a child. I know it has to be one of the people Nito has caught. The minimal grasp of proper grammar would lead one to believe it is one of the simpletons predisposed to do this sort of thing, or perhaps an eight-year-old relative.      This brilliant  defense is long and rambling; it goes something like: "I say try to get them into trouble because they did nothing wrong. It is PopSquad to tries to get them into trouble." The emotional maturity and intelligence of an elementary-aged child tattling on the playground for claiming a kid slid down the slide while he was trying to climb it.      I guess the various courts across Connecticut just made the same mistake 15 different times. Those bastards. Read for yourself here .

2 Men On Bail For Child Solicitation Rearrested For Rape, Child Porn

Image
2 men busted separately in predator stings in California were rearrested on sex charges. This has nothing to do with the brilliant folks in law enforcement and the district attorneys prosecuting these cases. It merely offers proof that these men are not "innocent victims" who would "never do such a thing." They are sexual predators with a compulsion to victmize children:      -21-year-old Andres Cano Ortiz was rearrested after child pornography was discovered during a search of his computer.      -26-year-old Christopher Contreras was arrested after a search of his online activity revealed he had molested a 15-year-old girl.

Tiffin Advertiser Tribune Advertises Child Rape

Image
The Tiffin Advertiser Tribune is like toilet paper, except the makers of the latter have standards that make sure what's on the sheets is palateable to your ass. I wouldn't subject myself to the torture of wiping with this rag of a paper, although it is less intrinsically expensive.      They have written a number of articles, including "Police Predator Traps Must Stop," that seem to pull the usual moves made to defend those accused of trying to rape children between the ages of 10 and 15. "They weren't real kids," say the people who support real children being victimized. "Entrapment," cry the idiots who don't know the definition of the word and somehow think that a man hitting on a random child is the officer's fault.      I've never heard of this magazine until their pedophile-defending shit, and now I know why. It takes talent to cover hard-hitting news, and the obese slobs behind this slop have no talent and no news in t...

Dairy State Degenerates: Oconto Falls, WI

Image
At age 17, Dakota J. Younger was a threat, charged with 3rd degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, and exposure of genitials to a child. He was convicted on the latter 2 charges and sentenced to 2 years in prison, 2 years probation, and 20 years sex offender registration. Maybe at 40 he can move on, but he is clearly no good. He lives at 7308 Highway 22.       Edmond J. Sutrick was convicted of child enticement for sexual contact in exchange for 6 counts of child molestation being dropped. He spent 3.5 years in a state prison, must remain on probation until 2022, and must register as a sex offender for the rest of his worthless life. He lives at 410 Main Street, Apartment 2.      They figured an 18-year-old child rapist deserved a second chance. Kyle Reid Schmidt was convicted of child rape in the highest 2 degrees and sentenced to a whopping 1 year in jail with probation until 2025. He must regisrer as a sex offender for l...

How The Federal Government Is On Track To Arrest A Million Pedophiles

Image
Launched in 1998 and 2006 respectively, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and Project Safe Childhood continue to make tens of thousands of arrests on an annual basis. With more than 100,000 convictions thusfar, the federal government is on track to arrest a million people for child porn and child solicitation charges.      Just this week, the following sentences were handed out:      -A New York man, Robert Kirk, was sentenced to 40 years in prison with lifetime probation for groping a child and distributing the images online.      -A Pennsylvania man, Jack Brian LaForte, was sentenced to 6.5 years in prison with 15 years of probation for possession of child pornography.      -A Kentucky man, Andrew Dick, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for possession of child porn, and he also faces military trial.      -A Kentucky man, Bradley D. Hall, was sentenced to 34 years in pr...

Sexual Abuse Counseling Week 7: Find A Creative Outlet

Image
Every human being is creative by nature; whether we choose to unlock these abilities is a different matter. Treating every emotional issue that arises as a serious detriment is unhealthy, and finding a creative outlet that allows one to actually feel good purging negative emotions is one piece of the complex puzzle that is trying to lead a happy life.      Writing and journaling are one step. Almost every author draws from reality, and characters in stories and novels are based on the author or people (s)he knows or knew. Journaling is an even more direct way of expressing oneself. It doesn't have to be good, and nobody need ever read it. It could be two sentences a night or eleven pages; the entire point is that it suits the purposes of the individual.      The same statement holds true for music and art. From painting by throwing a paint brush against a wall to furiously strumming on guitar chords, one can get as serious with their hob...

To Catch A Predator Update: Palm Springs

Image
Three men were arrested in Palm Springs, California, for an episode of the TV show "COPS," the first being James Philbrick . He hit up a 13-year-old male decoy looking for sex. He hired an expensive attorney (he was a TV anchorman) and got the charges dropped to misdemeanors for which he received 90 days on house arrest, 3 years probation, 100 hours community service, and fines. Despite his weak sentence, he never worked in news again and attracted a significant amount of media attention, now living as an outcast in Palm Springs.       Wesley Brannen decided to plead guilty and received a sentence of 18 months in prison and lifetime RSO status. He was released after serving his full sentence. He was subsequently convicted of another felony, although details are not available. In 2019, he was arrested for showing a photo of his penis to fast food employees, a case still working its way through the system. He is currently list...

Kentucky Is Back Catching Predators

Image
In "Operation Gabbi Doolin," named after a young girl kidnapped and murdered at her brother's school football game, 7 men were arrested after trying to meet someone they thought was a minor for sex. The men, ages 22 to 66, were all from Kentucky and were charged with felonies that carry penalties of 10 years to life. Their names are as follows: Charles Ashley, Jimmy Kwizera, Melvin Dowell, Joseph Zakhari, Jeffrie Corn, Travis Puckett, and Eric Vanhandle.      Kentucky has a long history of catching predators, from Louisville to Highland Heights to Bowling Green, and the efforts of the KBI and Kentucky Attorney General's Office were featured on the show "To Catch A Predator."

Mississippi Launches Efforts To Stop Online Predators

Image
The Lafayette County Sheriff's Office has arrested three men-- Cory Ballentine, Johnathan Woolbright, and Ethan Moses-- in just under a week and charged them with solicitation of a minor, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.       The coronavirus pandemic has caused a spike in child solicitation, and, as a result, the stings here have begun in earnest, as well. In August , 23 men between the ages of 23 of 59 were arrested and charged with felonies in a sting in Hernando, and more operations are expected in the coming weeks and months.

9 States Leading The Fight Against Online Predators

Image
Online solicitation of children is a real problem, with an estimated 750,000 sexual predators on the internet at any given time. Luckily, there are states who are not content to sit idly by and wait for children to become victims. The 9 I especially admire are listed below, in no particular order.      1. Florida: The Florida Sheriffs Association has launched its own program statewide to catch sexual predators, and over the years countless hundreds of people have been arrested and charged with felonies. Many of the men convicted were sentenced to a number of years in prison with lifetime registration as sex offenders.      2. Ohio: Ohio does not have the strongest laws, with a number of notable legislative failures, a weak maximum jail sentence of around 18 months, and a sex offender registration that only lasts 10 years for all but the worst of the worst. However, law enforcement there has taken it upon themselves to arrest hundreds of ...

Dairy State Degenerates: Paddock Lake, WI

Image
John Kendall Best is the worst kind of person, convicted of second-degree child rape in 2003 and sentenced to a year in prison, a year of probation, and lifetime RSO status. His probation was revoked in 2006, and he received an unknown sentence. He must register as a sex offender for life, and he lives in his fortress of masturbation at 6509 288th Avenue, near another child molester.       John O. Cropper should have had his name legally changed to "Crapper" as part of his sentence for child rape in the second-degree (OF A CHILD HE MET ONLINE!!!), but instead received 20 years in prison, and he was released after serving 6. He violated his probation and went back to prison several times. He lives at 7705 241st Avenue.       Peter M. Davis was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child and 3 counts of sex with 16- and 17-year-olds. He received 8 years in state prison and had his probation revoked immediat...

Sexual Abuse Counseling Week 6: Realize That You Are Not At Fault

Image
This was one of the most difficult aspects of what happened to me that I had to deal with. My family was devastated, and, aside from what happened to a child, a close confidant they once trusted was also lost, shattering any sense of peace. We left that town within a year after relationships fell apart, and I couldn't help but feeling like I was to blame.      I should not have given myself so much credit. I did not choose to be victimized, and my family knew that. Every person has their own demons, and they deal with tragedy the way they are going to deal with it. Weighing oneself down with the concerns of others is a part of human nature, but internalizing it is toxic. Focus on what you can control.      You may not be able to make the events go away, and you may not be able to change how others reacted in the past, but you can change your attitude and your path. Your family and friends will stand behind you no matter what, and,...

To Catch A Predator Update: Darke County

Image
Kevin Westerbeck was convicted in November 2006 of luring a child in Darke County and had 9 months added to his sentence of 11 months for soliciting a police decoy in Fairborn in 2005. He was also convicted of molesting his niece and sentenced to another 10 years as well as lifetime sexual predator status. He was released in December 2016, and he has been spotted stocking shelves at a Kroger store.       Jeffrey Stacy was convicted and sentenced to 6 months in jail, forfeiture of his car, probation until 2010, and sex offender registry until 2017. He was removed and later got married in 2018, his wife an ugly brute who apparently has no problem with child molestors. He was recently fired from a position instructing children at a karate dojo after his TCAP appearance was uncovered.       Timothy Isaac was convicted in 2006 and sentenced to 8 months in jail and RSO status until 2017. He was removed then, and little is known abou...

Mike Tyson The Raging Rapist

Image
Mike Tyson was notorious for being disqualified in 1997 when he bit Evander Holifield on the ear, but this was far from his most heinous behavior.       In 1991, he raped 18-year-old Desiree Washington, Miss Black Rhode Island, in an Indianapolis hotel room. Tyson had the gall to try to say it was consensual, but a chauffeur described her state of shock and the emergency room teachnician described her condition as being consistent with rape. He was sentenced in 1992 to 6 years in prison.      He appealed, and even more heinously, tried to bring the victim's past sexual behavior up as a defense. This fallacy was outlawed in 1994 with the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act. His conviction was upheld and he spent 3 years in prison. He remained on probation until 1999 and has been registered a sex offender under federal law.      What's particularly disturbing about his case is that he is still a figure ...

Facebook Has STRONG Standards To Protect Sex Offenders

Image
My post, linked here  to make sure it isn't hidden from people who need to see it, was taken down by Facebook for "hate speech." I'm pretty liberal with my definition of hate speech, but I also have common sense, and Facebook's actions here to protect *this* group of people are deplorable. We know whose side Zuckerfuck is on!

It's Time For Kristen's Law!

Image
Kristen's Law would have saved lives. The sheriffs, police chiefs, and prosecutors who are sworn to protect citizens failed to do so because it would have meant extra work, or so they thought. Not only were they incorrect, but their failure demonstrates precisely the flaws in a system that values protecting criminals over potential victims.      Introduced in Ohio way back in 2007, this controversial law was named after Kristen Jackson, a 14-year-old who had been dismembered and murdered by a sex offender in 2002. She was lured into his vehicle at a fair and suffered an indescribably-horrible fate. Then came the law named after her, which would have required sex offenders to have neon green license plates.      Parents were all for it. Had the man had a neon-green license plate on his car, she would have known to stay away from him. It would not have prevented small children from being taken, but it would have warned teenagers like Kris...

Dairy State Degenerates: Monticello, WI

Image
Chelsey Joy Wheeler is a f*t, *gly p*g of a woman who demonstrates a common pattern among female sex predators. Whereas males prefer anonymous victims they meet online, females prefer to use a position of trust to commit their rapes. She was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim 13-18, meaning someone in her care. She has since moved out of state.       Dennis R. Kehm was convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child in 1990 and spent just over 5 years in prison before being released in 1996. He was ordered to register as a sex offender for life, and he lives at W. 3402 Purintun Road.        Dustin Kenneth Weber , 33, was arrested in 2015 and convicted of child enticement, 3rd degree sexual assault, and indecent exposure, in exchange for charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child, and terroristic threatening being dropped. His wife filed for divorce, and...

New York Man Faces 10 Years In Prison For Sexual Online Chat With Decoy Child

Image
Monroe County authorities arrested a 31-year-old man named Douglas Predmore after he allegedly contacted a decoy pretending to be a 14-year-old girl and chatted over the course of several months. He was charged with first-degree felony attempted dissemination of harmful material to a minor, which carries a maximum of 7 years in prison. He is being held without bond for violating parole. What he was on parole for is unknown. However, judging by the circumstances of his arrest, he could face 12-36 months for this parole violation in Tompkins County.

Sexual Abuse Counseling Week 5: See Yourself As A Survivor, Not A Victim

Image
Because the goal of most sexual predators is to gain power over their victims to make up for some lack they felt during their lives, shifting the balance of power is key to moving on from sexual abuse. As we mentioned last week, seeking justice, whether successfully or not, is one way to do so. However, there are ways that require far less effort. In fact, it is as simple as a few words in the English language.      "Victim" has sometimes-fatal connotations. A victim is somebody who doesn't make it, who dies or is hopelessly damaged. Even the strongest may be inclined to embark on a journey of self-destruction when they see themselves as victims. For all the pain life inflicted, it didn't finish the job. Even though it was never meant to, many subconsciously see their emergence from the situation as unnatural when they are referred to as victims. Drugs and suicidal tendencies are results of this, and those, not the abuse itself, are what ruin lives. ...

To Catch A Predator Update: Laguna Beach

Image
The Laguna Beach sting operation has earned star status in the "To Catch A Predator" community because of the volume of men who showed up (13 in 11 hours, which would have broken the Riverside record had it been carried out for a full 3 days) and because of 2 names who surfaced: Hoi Chan and Keith Williams , who were previously arrested the month before in Riverside. They quickly pled guilty and received respective 3- and 1-year sentences and lifetime RSO status. Chan was also deported. However, it also had quite a few sick characters in its own right.      Benjamin Taul was a disgusting individual who solicited a minor decoy on teenspot.com and was, not surprisingly, found with child pornography. He was sentenced to a year in prison, probation until 2010, and lifetime RSO status. he lives in Yorba Linda.      David Phuong Pham also had child porn, he had previously had a near-miss by trying to show up to the Riverside sting, an...

Progress Being Made On Child Trafficking Laws

Image
While the world may seem frightening and full of bad news, positive developments do arise, such as the news that laws designed to stop child sex traffickers have improved markedly in less than a decade. Shared Hope International conducted this  study of laws between 2011 and 2019 and gave each state a letter grade.      States were ranked based on a number of key criteria: criminalization of the acts themselves; criminal provisions for demand, traffickers, and facilitators; protective provisions for victims; and criminal justice tools for investigation and prosecution.      Colorado, Kansas, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, and Utah all improved 4 letter grades, from F to A. 12 raised their grades by 3 levels, 21 by 2 levels, and 10 by 1 level. Only 2, Illinois and Missouri, failed to improve. Tennessee, Montana, Nevada, Georgia, and Louisiana received the best scores. There were 15 states rated A, with only Maine and South Dakota rated a...

Dairy State Degenerates: Stevens Point, WI

Image
Roy Grorich was convicted of first degree sexual assault of a child-- party to the crime and had a charge of exposure of genitialia dismissed. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison and must remain on probation and register as a sex offender for life. His wife divorced him while he was in prison. He lives at 1700 Monroe Street, Room 27.       Michael Godwin was convicted of the same charge, only with a habitual criminality modifier. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison and released in 2016 after serving his full sentence. He lives at 3421 Church Street, Room 74, of Knights Inn.       Brian Griswold ... guess what he was convicted of. The usual charge, as well as intentionally causing bodily harm to a child in his custody. He was initially sentenced to 15 years probation in 1995, but it was revoked in 2003 and he received 12 years in a local jail for fear of his safety in prison. He was released in 201...

Sexual Abuse Counseling Week 4: Seek Justice

Image
The legal system is fucked up. My abuser was a victim himself, and, thanks to the handiwork of a lawyer, remained in a household as a child where he was subjected to abuse. This did not excuse the suffering he inflicted upon myself and others, but it is a demonstration of the influence money has on supposedly-blind justice. My abuse was reported, and in turm I was subjected to Hell. I was called in school to speak with officers and counselors, I may have had to take the stand to recount what happened, and the lawyer wanted to press charges against someone, who shall remain anonymous, who attacked my abuser in a fit of rage. In the end, because of the young age of both parties, it would be years of Hell that would likely result in some community service and counseling for my abuser.      It was better to move on, although it would take me almost a decade to come to terms with what had happened to me. Cases like this, especially when the victims a...

To Catch A Predator Update: Riverside, Part Three

Image
Indeed, the creeps come from all ages, races, societal positions, etc. Erik Pallesen was 19 when he tried to molest a 12-year-old, and he received a year in prison followed by probation and lifetime RSO status. He currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has gained a significant amount of weight and looks rough for a man in his mid-30s.       Richer Breault was also 19, but, rather than running like Pallesen, he threatened to kill himself and farted on the stool. His confrontation was left on the cutting room floor, but later surfaced on YouTube. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail and at least 10 years of registration as a sex offender. Unlike all the other men caught in the sting, he can be removed in a couple of years. He moved to North Carolina, got a wife, and remains a cult figure in the TCAP community.       Spencer Cho was sentenced to 6 months in jail, to be served on weekends, followed by probation. I found a man ...

The First Sikh Attorney General Is Teaching Garden State Sex Predators A Lesson

Image
Perhaps nobody is better suited for being the first Sikh attorney general than Gurbir S. Grewal, the first Sikh county prosecutor and first Sikh state attorney general in New Jersey and the United States. With such a dense population, crime abounds, and the online solicitation of minors is no exception. Just last week, 12  online sex predators from 4 states were arrested in 4 days with the help of the FBI and Somerset County Sheriff's Office. This follows on the backs of at least 5 other major stings conducted since he took office in January 2018 alongside dozens of minor arrests, which brings the total busted by his office to nearly 150. These men haven't gotten off easy: for the state crime alone, they face 5-10 years in prison with lifetime parole and lifetime RSO status, and the men from New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut face an additional 5-10 years in federal prison. The courts haven't gone easy on them either, with not a single acquittal thus...
