     Chelsey Joy Wheeler is a f*t, *gly p*g of a woman who demonstrates a common pattern among female sex predators. Whereas males prefer anonymous victims they meet online, females prefer to use a position of trust to commit their rapes. She was convicted of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of a victim 13-18, meaning someone in her care. She has since moved out of state.

     Dennis R. Kehm was convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child in 1990 and spent just over 5 years in prison before being released in 1996. He was ordered to register as a sex offender for life, and he lives at W. 3402 Purintun Road. 

     Dustin Kenneth Weber, 33, was arrested in 2015 and convicted of child enticement, 3rd degree sexual assault, and indecent exposure, in exchange for charges of second-degree sexual assault of a child, repeated sexual assault of a child, and terroristic threatening being dropped. His wife filed for divorce, and he lost custody of his children and was ordered to pay child support. He was sentenced to a year in prison, must remain on probation until 2030, and must register as a sex offender for life. He lives at 456 N. Monroe Street.

     Kevin Knudtson was convicted of 2 counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child and sentenced to 20 years of probation and lifetime RSO status. In 2004, he was arrested for violating his release and sentenced to 3.5 years in state prison. He remained on probation until 2015, and he must register as a sex offender for life. He lives at N. 5703 Church Road.

     Thomas P. McGuire was convicted of a count of second-degree sexual assault of a child in exchange for 3 being dismissed and received 6 months in jail, probation until 2009, and lifetime RSO status. He lives at N. 7446 Wettach Road.

     Zachary Graham was convicted of the same charge and received a measly 5 years probation with life registration as a sex offender. He lives at 201 N. Main Street, Apartment 4.
