To Catch A Predator Update: Flagler Beach, Part One

Image
David Demers was convicted of 3 felonies in 2007 and sentenced to 2 years, 1 month in prison. After being released in 2009, he remained on probation until 2017 and must register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.       Todd Spikes was the police officer who brought an arsenal of weapons and a kill kit to meet a child for sex. He dragged on his case until 2010, when he pled guilty and received 10 years of probation and RSO status for life. He was arrested for probation violation in 2012 and spent 3 years in prison. He has been blacklisted from law enforcement for life as a felon and lives in a trailer and works at a family store.       Brian Ruffino got an even harsher sentence than Spikes. He was convicted in 2008 and sentenced to 18 months in prison, being released in 2009. He violated his probation in 2016 and was sentenced to 3 years and 1 month extra in prison. He was released in December 2020.       Michael Reyes was the relatively unnotable predator who lo

Cody Kozicki Is Canceled

Image
Cody Kozicki started off his adult life poorly by exposing himself to children. He is going to go to a Wisconsin state penitentiary, and he is going to have to pay fines and reparations, be electronically monitored, and register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.      In this spirit, he will never be allowed on social media again. We need to show him that his crimes have not gone unseen, that people will remind him of this for the rest of his miserable life. To start, we can have his social media not just taken away from him, but taken down forever. The courts cannot impose this punishment, but we will. Report the following accounts and take away the only thing he craves (attention): 1. TikTok 2. Twitter 3. Facebook 4. Pinterest      He also works as a food server at McDonald's in Pulaski, Wisconsin. Call or email and asked that he be terminated from his position so as to avoid any interaction with minors.

To Catch A Predator Update: Murphy, Texas

Image
Murphy, Texas, earned a special place in the hearts of millions of Americans as most-hated city when their residents took the stand to complain about the inconvenience of efforts to stop sex offenders, with attire and accent that made taking any point they could present seriously an impossibility. Further controversy arose when Kaufman assistant district attorney Louis Conradt, Jr. shot and killed himself in his home. The police chief was fired over the incident and the mayor not reelected, despite all the proper procedures being followed. The sympathy articles he received from the media and the out-of-court settlement from NBC his greedy, prideful sister Patricia received became hard to justify when his computer was analyzed and found to be in possession of child pornography.      In June 2007, the incompetent mayor and prosecutor succeeded in throwing so-called "Texas justice" right out the window when they refused to prosecute any cases. That didn't stop so

Confronting My Abuser: A Testimonial (Cody Kozicki)

Image
You are a powerless little weasel, Cody Mark Kozicki. Your stature is short, and so you victimize via social media, where you think you are impervious to the law. You were wrong, once again. So many of us had to deal with your deviancy for so long, and the justice system did not act until it was too late.      It is, indeed, too late for you to apologize or try to get your life on track. You are going to prison, and I am going to get married, have a career, and all the joys that come with life. I wish every other girl you abused could have the same attitude, but at least now you will know what it feels like to be powerless, to have your life ruined.      Now, you are the one without control. The stern faces of the judge and prosecutor are your only real friends, and your trail of victims will end today. Think about that, Cody, when you see people as objects for your own desires.      You sent unwanted pictures to a group chat of girls between the ages of 12 and 16. Is that because

To Catch A Predator Update: Louisville

Image
Unlike Northern Kentucky and Bowling Green, where the sentences ranged from 4 to 12 years in prison, the predators in Louisville got off pretty lightly. Nonetheless, it laid the groundwork for the following stings and ruined the lives of 8 men who sought to ruin the lives of children.       Bryan Prow spent 5 years on probation, ending in 2012, and earned himself lifetime registration as a sex offender with the complementary restrictions on internet use and contact with minors. He lives in Henderson, Kentucky.       Damon Baete had one of the less-graphic chats and pled guilty to a felony and a misdemeanor in exchange for 5 years probation, ending in 2012, and credit for the year he spent in jail before being convicted. He did not have to register as a sex offender, but he has not reoffended.       Leslie Peak received 3 years probation, which expired in 2010, and sex offender registration. He has since been removed from the registry, likely since he testified against a

This High School Let A Sexual Predator Attend

Image
Cody Kozicki lives in Pulaski, Wisconsin. He was a high school student there. For legal reasons, I shall not name said high school, but it is fairly obvious. The school needs to be held responsible for their role in Kozicki's actions. For months, he systematically sent photos of his genitals to dozens of female students in middle and high school. As an adult, legally speaking, Kozicki should have been reprimanded and sent to authorities for felony prosecution.      However, the school did no such thing, instead defending his actions by claiming his learning disability was the cause and allowing him to continue to attend until he was taken away in the school cafeteria. Not until children under 10 were the victims did the elementary school have to take action.      Kozicki is now facing six felony charges punishable by up to 30 years in prison. The school did nothing to stop Cody, but the judge should do the right thing tomorrow.

To Catch A Predator Update: Long Beach, Part Three

Image
In all forms do they come.      Robert Salinas was an ordinary joe who looked like a good man, but his true form was revealed to be that of a snake when he appeared on "To Catch A Predator." After being convicted in 2007, he was placed on probation until 2010 and must register as a sex offender for life. He no longer has his characteristic mustache and is now quite old-looking.       Rob Culbertson , on the other hand, is the scariest looking of the Long Beach predators; he looks like the crazy person outside of Walmart who would attack a stranger for the thrill of it. He spent 4 months in jail before pleading guilty and being sentenced to time served, probation until 2010, and lifetime RSO status. In 2015, he was arrested for impersonating and harassing a police officer and, after switching his plea to "no contest," received 3 years probation and a criminal protective order. He is currently in violation of his RSO status, having absconded, which means he, li

Chaotic Courts During COVID

Image
The justice system, especially with sexual offenses, is often painfully slow. Under investigation for at least a year, Kozicki was arrested in November 2019 and went through lawyers, indictments, plea and bond hearings, and an arrest for bond jumping.       During COVID, things only slowed further, and, on February 12th, a plea hearing not guaranteed to conclude the case is scheduled. Justice may be slowed, but it will be served, as always, one way or another. You have already spent time in jail and lost your chance to have friends or a high school diploma, Cody Kozicki.      You are going to be convicted for what you did to damage those children. It will not be nearly enough, but you are going to go to prison, register as a sex offender, and pay fines and reparations. A convicted felon, you will be permanently barred from voting or owning those weapons you rednecks seem to like. On the bright side, you can work on your figure in prison, and I am sure Bubba in the next cell over w

To Catch A Predator Update: Long Beach, Part Two

Scary is as scary does with scary men caught by the fuzz.      Michael Seibert was previously mentioned in the Riverside sting, where he received no significant airtime. However, besides chatting with 3 other decoys across California, he decided to show up at the Long Beach sting. With a previous conviction for armed robbery and a demonstrated pattern of criminal activity, he could have been put away for 10-20 years where he belonged. However, he got 3.5 years in prison, to be served concurrently with his Riverside sentence of 3.5 years. He was released in 2009 and must register as a sex offender for life. He has a scar from a TBI as a child and may live with his parents.      Robert Sierras had been fired from his job at the Post Office after being exposed in 2004 and planned to sue Perverted Justice. However, after he hit up a Petaluma decoy and then groomed a Long Beach decoy and met her at a public park, he was arrested. He received a sentence of 3 years in prison and was re
