This Sexual Predator's Bizarre Social Media Is A Journey Into The Mind

Image
Cody Kozicki cannot seem to figure out what he wants to be. He has numerous social media accounts with subscriptions to everyone from celebrity chefs to comedians. He likes cars and sports. Figuring oneself out is normal for a teenager, but Cody seems to have long ago figured out that he would be a pedophile.      His TikTok, by far is favorite. From shirtless pictures to, even more disturbingly, lip syncing done with various teenage girls, his entire account seems to be devoted to luring in underage victims. It is a journey inside a dark and dangerous mind. Too strange and unpopular among his peers, he sought sexual attention from underage girls, and now he is going to pay the legal price and face all the personal ramifications that come with that.      Aside from the fact that he used girls in various videos, he was arrested for bond jumping after he used it again. It is obviously his modus operandi, and investigators would do well to interview every person he came into contact

To Catch A Predator Update: Long Beach, Part One

Image
The Long Beach, California sting was impressive: despite a post warning of Dateline's presence, 7 prior stings being aired, and a flurry of technical issues, 40 men showed up in 3 days eager to molest children and all 40 were stopped. What's more, it seemed as though every person was a memorable character either for reasons tragically comedic or unsettlingly frightening:      Gabor Nagy pretended to be a waiter, but was actually a private math teacher. He had his bond set at $400,000 and was unable to make it. He spent 4 months in jail before being sentenced to 3 years probation and lifetime RSO status. It hardly mattered, as he was deported from the United States.       Luciano Dimas was a less interesting guy with a similar outcome: He was given probation until 2012 and lifetime RSO status, but was also deported from the United States.       Satinder Thind was the man who said, "Yup, I knew it. You're a horny little 13-year-old girl," and "Ima g

Predator With Dozens Of Victims Arrested For Bragging On Facebook

One cannot accuse Cody Kozicki of being intelligent. For someone with absolutely no friends and apparently a lot of free time, he may never have read a book or done an assignment. After being arrested for sending children vile pictures via social media, he decided it would be a good idea to use his platform once again.      He was swiftly arrested, and, being the trailer park dweller he is, he spent nearly a month in jail waiting for his grandmother to scrape together bail money. He is now under house arrest until his case is concluded, with an absolute ban on social media use and electronic monitoring to look forward to for the next few months.       If he has any degree of intelligence, then he is an arrogant, compulsive predator who belongs locked away for the rest of his worthless life. To Catch A Predator Update: Petaluma, Part Two

Image
Joseph Roisman was the only predator to be acquitted in the history of the show except for William Lawrence Havey. He did not get off, though. He spent roughly $100,000 of money from his parents on his defense, which he fought for 5 years, drawing global press coverage. Immediately after his acquittal, he was kicked out of the Navy. He has been arrested on charges of drugs and indecent exposure, and his mugshots over the years show a deteriorating appearance. Forevermore, his name will also be linked to "To Catch A Predator."      Jaswinder Cheema was "very professional" in the lawyer he hired and tried to replicate the tactics used by Maurice Wolin, whom we shall discuss later. He couldn't avoid a conviction and received probation until 2013 and lifetime RSO status. He lives in Riverside, California.       Shaka Khan avoided the sentences given out to other Petaluma predators despite bringing alcohol to a minor after describing his wish to perform oral

A Mission To Stop A Predator

Image
A 17-year-old cannot hurt a fly, right? This small, rural town got a big wake up call when, after victimizing dozens of high school and middle school girls, he sent explicit images of himself to three elementary school girls.      This in itself was unusual for this village, but the legal process would reveal a twisted tale of deviancy spanning years and turn the town inside out. Follow me over the coming months as I profile the tale of Cody Kozicki, a young sexual predator with a long, dangerous history.

Dairy State Degenerates: Boscobel, WI

Image
Of the degenerates in Boscobel, most were convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child. This means, albeit not via force, the sex was with someone likely age 15 or younger. Bruce Travis was convicted in 2004 and sentenced to 36-46 months in prison with 5-10 years probation and lifetime RSO status. He failed to update his information in 2012 and was given 1 month in jail with 2 years probation.       Carl L. Knight was convicted of the same crime in 1992 and sentenced to only 3 years probation and lifetime RSO status.       Clifford Copus : a different degenerate, the same charge, and the same conviction. The sentence, though, was 1 year in prison with 15 years probation and lifetime sex offender registration. He lives at 43491 Cadoma Road.       Dale E. Faulkner was a change of pace, but in the wrong direction. He was convicted of attempted child molestation, meaning he was likely caught in a sting. Because of the criminal charge and the fact that his conviction is no

11 Pedophiles Take A Gamble In Vegas

Image
11 men were arrested in a two-day sting conducted by the FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Taking a gamble in Vegas, these men lost quite miserably. Child molestation is a class A felony in Nevada, and attempted crimes are sentenced equally as harshly as the actual crime in many states. Already facing life in prison, the fact that these men were arrested by federal authorities only makes their situation more serious.      All came for what they believed was a 13-year-old girl. Their ages ranged from 27 to 55. The most notable was 29-year-old Tyler Yost , an assistant principal at a Clark County elementary school. Read more here .

Mike Vestal learned what "kinda big" really meant in 2008 when he was convicted and sentenced to 3 months in jail, 3 years probation, and lifetime RSO status. He moved to Belize with his wife of 20 years, but he was forced to relocate to Guatemala after the government learned of his conviction. He became a father in 2017, and he currently lives in La Antigua, where he runs an online coaching business and works as an English teacher.      Manuel Uson was convicted in 2007 and sentenced to 3 months in jail and lifetime registration as a sex offender. He was subsequently deported to the Philippines to rejoin his family, and has not returned to the United States since.      Gopichand Pai worked as an Apple engineer when he was arrested in 2006. He pled guilty and was let out on bond awaiting sentencing. He absconded to Bengaluru, India, where he works in a management-level position as a consultant for IBM.       Yancy Wallace did not get off lightly, as he was a member o

Pennsylvania Authorities Bust 19 Men For Child Enticement

Image
In Luzerne County in Northeast Pennsylvania, a small group of detectives is working to stop men who solicit children online for sex. Several of the men have already pleaded guilty, and, under Pennsylvania and federal law, will be registered as sex offenders. These men come from Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and other cities in the area.      One man, 34-year-old Glen Lyon resident Stephen Prokop, expressed hesitation but still solicited nude pictures from what he believed to be a 15-year-old boy and asked him to meet. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison with lifetime supervision and registration as a sex offender. Unable to make bail, he has spent the past several months in jail working his way through court.      In spite of the extensive media coverage in the area, numerous other arrests are in the works, although the number of men chatting has slowed down. The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in a spike in online sex crimes as well as increased law enforcement effor

Christopher L. Pena was arrested at 18 in 2002 for having sex with a child he met online. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 6 years of probation. He was busted for failing to register as a sex offender in 2019 and sentenced to 3 months in jail with 18 months of probation. He lives at 624 3rd Street, Apartment 8.       David Norden was convicted of videographing child exploitation and indecent exposure in 2004 and sentenced to 18 months in prison with 5 years probation. He was arrested for violating his sex offender registration in 2013 and fined. He lives at 255 Rueckl Drive, Apartment 1.       David Legrave was convicted of using force to rape a child in 2009 and sentenced to 10 years in prison with probation until 2039 and lifetime RSO status. He had at least three prior offenses for giving minors alcohol. He lives at E1392 Thiry Daems Road.       Greg J. Borley repeatedly raped and caused great bodily harm to a child and pled guilty to a lesser offense for 1 year

Sexual Abuse Counseling Week 13: Find It In Your Heart To Forgive Your Perpetrator

Image
This is the most difficult step in overcoming sexual abuse. It is, however, the most important step. Don't ever forget what happened to you; repressing negative feelings will only make them stronger. What you can do is mitigate their impact and, consequently, end its control over you.      Forgiveness does not come easily, nor can it be forced. It takes emotional maturity of realizing that what they did may have hurt you in the past, but it only dictates your future if you allow it to. If you tell a lie often enough, though, it becomes true. Meditate and list the people you want to forgive and what you want to forgive them for. Repeat this daily whenever you would like, be it before bed, immediately upon waking up, or any time in between, although I recommend the former; it allows for a relaxed state for drifting off into sleep and purges the negative emotions gathered throughout the day. Eventually, a feeling of peace will occur.      Don't meet them in person; don't

To Catch A Predator Update: Fortson, Part Two

Image
Two more military men showed up at the Fortson, Georgia house. The first was Marshall Girtman , a boring man who received 4 years in prison and 6 years probation. He was released in 2009 and remained on probation until 2015. He currently lives in Illinois and is registered as a sex offender there, and Quilts of Valor thought that the fact that he was a child rapist deserved to be ignored because he served in the military. He was honored in 2020. Please contact them here . The second was Brian Lindsey , who received 5 years in prison and 15 years probation. He was released in 2010 and will remain on probation until 2025 and an RSO for life. Little is known about his life. George Cleary remained in jail while his case was heard and was released after 2 years in 2008. He remained on probation until 2016 and will be an RSO for life.  Like Cleary, William Rowell was unable to bail out and remained in jail. Unlike Cleary, he received a harsh sentence of 6 years in prison. He was released i
