To Catch A Predator Update: Riverside, Part Three

     

Indeed, the creeps come from all ages, races, societal positions, etc. Erik Pallesen was 19 when he tried to molest a 12-year-old, and he received a year in prison followed by probation and lifetime RSO status. He currently lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He has gained a significant amount of weight and looks rough for a man in his mid-30s.

     Richer Breault was also 19, but, rather than running like Pallesen, he threatened to kill himself and farted on the stool. His confrontation was left on the cutting room floor, but later surfaced on YouTube. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail and at least 10 years of registration as a sex offender. Unlike all the other men caught in the sting, he can be removed in a couple of years. He moved to North Carolina, got a wife, and remains a cult figure in the TCAP community.

     Spencer Cho was sentenced to 6 months in jail, to be served on weekends, followed by probation. I found a man by the name of "Spencer Young" with the same birth year and the same conviction and conviction year as the man in the sting, and he is also Korean. However, there is an off chance that this is not him.

     Corey Ahia had a vulgar chat with a 12-year-old and got 6 months and lifetime SO registration. He is a dead Jared Fogle lookalike and is currently listed as self-employed. Despite all this, his wife is actually a decent-looking woman active in her community. Apparently, he has her convinced he was set up for the ratings; she must never have read his chatlog. He is alleged to violate his release terms with impunity.

     John Gardner Mahon was a father who mentioned the fact in his screen name. He took a plea bargain and got 4 months in jail, probation until 2010, and lifetime RSO status. He lives in Oak View, and judging by his appearance, may soon join the realm of deceased predators.

     Karampal Singh Nakai was the man arrested on the side street with Pallesen and Burks. He had a graphic chat in which he masturbated on a webcam and mentioned that his penis was 9 inches long and 2 inches wide. He was convicted of 2 counts of exposure of a minor to harmful material and sentenced to 9 months in jail, probation until 2014, and lifetime RSO status. He appealed his case all the way to the California Supreme Court and lost.

     Abraham Koujababian, also known as Abraham Kerzian, was the crying Viagra man. He received a sentence of 1 year, 6 months in prison and lifetime RSO status. He currently lives in Las Vegas, and, despite having the appearance of a mentally-challenged drifter, is believed to have a relatively good job.

     Rafiullah Ahmadi got a slap on the wrist: a month in jail, 3 years probation, and lifetime RSO status. I was unable to find his RSO page. However, I did find a blog from 2008 in which he claims to have found God and writes terrible poetry. It lasted all of 2 posts.

     Only John Christopher Weaver got off more lightly: he got a day of time served with 3 years probation and RSO status. He was apparently the 1 misdemeanor conviction out of 4 dozen felony convictions, and he is no longer an RSO. His video, however, has become pretty popular on YouTube.

     Eduardo Guillen didn't get off lightly: he got a year in prison followed by probation and lifetime free sex offender membership (what a treat!). He currently lives in Anaheim and also has to deal with life as a short man.

     Victor Ray Wells was a pretty standard guy who got a pretty standard sentence: 6 months in prison and lifetime RSO status. He lives in El Cajon. 6 is also apparently his IQ... if it were a positive number.

     Scott Allen Smith once had the money to pierce his genitials; however, after 18 months in prison and registration as a sex offender, he is homeless. He will remain on the registry for life, but hopefully he finds a home far away from any children. 

     Kurt Horst Lemke's life was disrupted much less, as far as a year in prison and lifetime RSO status goes. I was unable to find his RSO page, but it appears he is living in San Bernadino County and still working as a truck driver.

     Inderjeet Singh was sentenced to 6 months in jail, 3 years probation, and lifetime RSO status. He was still an RSO as of last year, but I was unable to find his Megan's Law page. It seems to have been taken down temporarily.

     Daniel Pulido was the man who spun a story about his cousin being raped and murdered by a sex offender. He was sentenced to 6 months, but he violated his release in June 2020 and received an extra 6 months. He was released on Christmas after having spent a year in prison for his Riverside charges.

     Jerry Wayne Martin-Kosis received 8 months in jail, probation until 2013, and lifetime RSO status. I was unable to find his Megan's Law page, making it likely he moved out of state. Despite his undeground fame, I also uncovered little information on him aside from his sentence.

     Alvin Joseph Hall, Jr. is a pretty scary guy. A Riverside native, he received a year in prison, probation until 2011, and life as an RSO. The scary part? He is 6'5" and weighs over 300 pounds. Who knows what he could have done to a child?

     Andre Maurice Jackson received a year in prison followed by probation and RSO status. He was unlucky enough to be the last one to show up in the sting and will pay for the rest of his life. He lives in Compton.
