Dairy State Degenerates: Boscobel, WI

 

     Of the degenerates in Boscobel, most were convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child. This means, albeit not via force, the sex was with someone likely age 15 or younger. Bruce Travis was convicted in 2004 and sentenced to 36-46 months in prison with 5-10 years probation and lifetime RSO status. He failed to update his information in 2012 and was given 1 month in jail with 2 years probation.

     Carl L. Knight was convicted of the same crime in 1992 and sentenced to only 3 years probation and lifetime RSO status.

     Clifford Copus: a different degenerate, the same charge, and the same conviction. The sentence, though, was 1 year in prison with 15 years probation and lifetime sex offender registration. He lives at 43491 Cadoma Road.

     Dale E. Faulkner was a change of pace, but in the wrong direction. He was convicted of attempted child molestation, meaning he was likely caught in a sting. Because of the criminal charge and the fact that his conviction is not on WCCA, he is likely an out-of-state conviction. 

     James E. Flesch is a fat, arrogant brat who exposed himself, in the middle of an onanistic act, to a child. He got 2 months in jail, 3 years probation, and lifetime RSO status because of his younger age, but is incredibly likely to reoffend. He lives at 301 Adams Street.
