     Christopher L. Pena was arrested at 18 in 2002 for having sex with a child he met online. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison with 6 years of probation. He was busted for failing to register as a sex offender in 2019 and sentenced to 3 months in jail with 18 months of probation. He lives at 624 3rd Street, Apartment 8.

     David Norden was convicted of videographing child exploitation and indecent exposure in 2004 and sentenced to 18 months in prison with 5 years probation. He was arrested for violating his sex offender registration in 2013 and fined. He lives at 255 Rueckl Drive, Apartment 1.

     David Legrave was convicted of using force to rape a child in 2009 and sentenced to 10 years in prison with probation until 2039 and lifetime RSO status. He had at least three prior offenses for giving minors alcohol. He lives at E1392 Thiry Daems Road.

     Greg J. Borley repeatedly raped and caused great bodily harm to a child and pled guilty to a lesser offense for 1 year in prison with 14 years probation and lifetime sex offender registration. He lives at E2197 Sunset Road.

     Richard J. Bertrand was convicted of child molestation in 1956 and 2010, yet has managed to live to be 87. He lives at North 9191 Bay Meadows Lane.

     Kelly M. Froelich was convicted of child porn in 2006 and sentenced to a year in prison with 3 years probation and lifetime RSO status. He lives at E96 County Road N.

The "Jesus Rocks" Predator Is Telling Lies Again

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best.      Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year.
