Dairy State Degenerates: Hartland, WI

      

     David Ackley, who was highlighted in the Milwaukee "To Catch A Predator" segment, lives at 633 Belshire Drive in Hartland, WI. UPDATE.

     Brian Matthew Schultz was convicted of the same crime at age 20 and received 9 months in jail, 10 years probation, and 20 years sex offender registration. He lives at 315 Prospect Avenue, Apartment 2.

     Justin Cull pled guilty to using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime in exchange for 3 child enticement and harmful matter charges being dropped. He received 15 years of probation, which ends in 2027, a year in jail, and 25 years of sex offender registration. He lives at 530 Windstone Drive Unit 303. 

     Kevin Duane Crull was sentenced to 3 years in prison, 10 years of probation, and lifetime RSO status for possession of child pornography, and his wife divorced him while he was in prison. He lives at 529 Merton Avenue, Apartment 1.

     Rickie M. Nickerson was convicted of repeatedly molesting a child and sentenced to 15 years in prison and lifetime probation. He was released in 2008, and he lives at 447 Merton Avenue, Apartment 2.

     Michael H. Borchardt was convicted of INCEST in 1992 and spent a year in prison and remained on probation until 2003. His wife divorced him, rightfully considering he had sex with his new wife's daughter. He must register as a sex offender for life, and he lives 343 Manchester Lane.

     Raymond H. Hafferman was sentenced to 5 years in prison, released after serving his full sentence, and spent 20 years on probation, which ended in 2017. He must register as a sex offender for life, and he is sulking and recovering from his latest masturbation injury at N. 64 W. 28339 Hawthorne Road.

The "Jesus Rocks" Predator Is Telling Lies Again

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best.      Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year.
