Teen Child Rapist Arrested for Probation Violation Just Months After Finding Out He'll Have to Register as a Sex Offender

The idea that teen sex offenders are not as dangerous as offenders in their 70s, 60s, and 50s is simply ludicrous moral posturing that needs to end. A large number of people who have been sexually abused, including the author, were abused by teenagers. Grandpa doesn't wake up one morning and decide to prey on kids; it's a sickness, as in a mental perversion, that develops at a much younger age and continues throughout life. Some people are able to control it, most are able to control it for some span of time until they get themselves into trouble and ruin lives, and some simply never see any need to try to control their sick desires.

Cody Mark Kozicki, of Pulaski, Wisconsin, is a teenage sex offender who definitely falls into the latter category. He spent years sending unsolicited explicit images of himself to girls in middle school and high school and never faced any consequences because the school administration simply tried to ignore it. Then, he chose to send those pictures to three elementary school girls, who told parents, who contacted the police, who arrested Kozicki on three Class I felony counts of sending explicit material to minors.

Kozicki's trouble, however, was just beginning. When he was released on bond, he was ordered not to use social media, and he violated his bond requirements TWICE for a total of three class H felony counts of bail jumping. In the end, he pleaded guilty to one felony count of transmitting explicit material and one felony count of bail jumping. He was given a measly sentence of time served (roughly a month), placed on probation, and ordered to face a hearing on whether or not he would have to register as a sex offender.

In November 2021, the community of Pulaski became safer when Kozicki was ordered to register as a sex offender for at least 20 years; he'll be 40 years old when he is eligible for removal. Still, this was apparently not enough of a deterrent for Kozicki: in August 2022, he was arrested on a charge of violating his probation. It was pretty obvious that this would be a matter of when, not if. Over the course of three months, he violated his bond three times by using social media even after a judge made it clear he was forbidden from doing so, and he remained very active on social media even after being sentenced.

This makes sense: Kozicki used social media to contact and victimize three little girls. Why would he be allowed to keep using social media to contact minors? The judicial system cannot go easy on Kozicki this time; they cannot give him yet another chance. He was given chances when his actions against high school and middle school girls were ignored. He was given chances after his two arrests for bond jumping; he was given a chance at sentencing. He has chosen not to change anything that led him here, still seemingly intent on becoming a TikTok star. He needs to be sent to the state penitentiary for his crime spree: the man has committed seven felonies in three years and been convicted of two with a third one still pending.

All of this happened over the course of less than three years starting when he was 17. Cody Kozicki turns 20 years old today, and he's already a convicted felon who can't own firearms, can't vote, must be registered as a sex offender, was forced to drop out of high school after being arrested in the cafeteria, did time in a local jail, and now faces a potential prison sentence. I shudder to fathom what he might do next.

  1. So where, exactly, does it mention that this individual is a "teen child rapist?" Is he a teen who raped children? Clearly, no. Is he a rapist at all? Clearly, no. Why are you defaming him as such? Is it to fulfill your own sick sexual desires? You know this is libel, right? Probably not. He can sue your dumb-ass if he ever reads this crap blog. Mouth-breathing morons like you that write this kind of inflammatory drivel usually don't know what they're talking about and it clearly shows here. So, in your world, you want to imagine that a teenager is completely incapable of having any kind of rational thought related to consensual sex - unless it's for their own gratification, right? If he had sex with someone, say, 18 or 19 years old, he would be a victim, but in this case, because he's a man, he's the worse thing since Jeffrey Dahmer. Pull your whiney, entitled head out of your ass, and see things for how they really are. This poor guy has just had his entire life ruined because of some stupid pictures: He's not a predator; he's ruined no one's life; he has never hurt anyone - yet another crime without a victim so law enforcement had to create one... the perp. Josh is the only victim here. People like you are the problem with American society, not some kid like this who made a couple of dumb, harmless mistakes. Grow up.
