The Granny-Loving Dickface Predator Got Busted Again

Oanh Hoang Le was born on December 6th, 1967. A Vietnamese national, he likely arrived in Florida at a young age, as his mother also lived in the state. Le worked at a printing shop in Orlando at the time of his arrest. He was and is 5'5", 135-140 pounds, and has a scar on his head.

One of numerous Flagler Beach predators to pop up around his birthday, he initially contacted the decoy on December 3rd, 2006, using the screen name, "orl00fun." He had an odd chat. In spite of the language barrier being made obvious by his use of broken phrases, he knew what he was looking for. He told the decoy, pretending to be a 13-year-old girl named Jennah, that he was looking for a female between the ages of 25 and 45, asking her if she knew a single person. When Jennah replied that her great aunt was single but over the age of 60, he initially said that he was too "young and wild for her" before asking if she had nice breasts and a good body and explaining that he wanted to give her a massage and fulfill her "needs."

His predatory nature became pretty obvious when he asked the girl if her mom chatted and if she had nice breasts ("I like breasts," Oanh would say in the chat), slowly working his way down the age ladder to the decoy. He asked her if she had ever been intimate with her boyfriend, if she had been touched in her privates, and if he could suck her breasts and get a picture of them. Strangely, he mentioned that he had what he termed a "nice butt" and liked "stripping" on camera. He went on, saying he could not have vaginal sex with her because she was a minor but that they would watch pornography, that she could give him sex with the hands, and that he would perform analingus on her. He promised to stop at Walgreen's for a condom, warning repeatedly that he could get in trouble with her grandpa because the decoy was a minor.

Other aspects of his chat were just bizarre and pathetic. He sent the girl pictures of his penis, but never his face, which resulted in his profile being absent from the Perverted Justice website. He claimed excitedly that this would be the first time he had seen a woman naked in two years, probably true because he claimed in his interrogation that he never had any fun. The only present Le would receive was a pair of handcuffs.

Days after his 39th birthday, on December 9th, 2006, Le showed up at the sting house (absent a condom), took off his shoes, and complimented the decoy on her home décor before being confronted by Chris Hansen. After admitting he came for sex, he shook Hansen's hand, retrieved his shoes, and was taken into custody by the Flagler Beach Police Department. During his interview, he admitted that he knew she was 13, that he had contacted her, and that he chatted with his home computer: everything needed for an arrest and conviction.

Typical of Flagler Beach cases, Oanh Hoang Le pleaded not guilty before becoming intimidated by the impending trial date and pleading guilty on September 4th, 2009, to three felony counts-- solicitation, exhibition, and battery-- and receiving a sentence of ten years of probation with lifetime registration as a sex offender. Le's probation ended in 2019, but he was not out of trouble.

In November 2011, neighbors took up a crusade against Le after he reportedly stared at children at the local bus stop daily, pretending to talk on his phone. Said neighbors passed out his RSO flyers and tried to get the police to intervene. However, because he did not technically break any laws, he was not arrested.

Le lives in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,200-square-foot home at 9163 Telfer Run in Orlando, Florida. It was constructed in 1996 and last sold in 1997, meaning Le likely bought it when it was new and has continued to live there for the past quarter of a century. He drives a silver, 1987 Chrysler two-door vehicle and a white, 2018 Nissan pickup truck.
