To Catch A Predator Update: Ocean County, Part Two

Selwyn Knights received lifetime parole and lifetime registration as a sex offender. He currently lives in Lawrence Township, New Jersey, and lists himself as "principal" of "Dream Elements, Inc." I have no fucking idea what that means, but I'm a little worried for the integrity of his parole. He takes pride in his MyLife page, which can be found here.

Justo Ezzio Benavides received lifetime parole and lifetime registration as a sex offender. He still lives in Kearny, New Jersey, but likely works in Pennsylvania as he is a publicly-registered sex offender there.

William Hare was a camp counselor and lifeguard who worked extensively with children in both roles. He was told to stop talking to the decoy by other people in the same chat room, and he alleged that he knew a girl who was cut up and murdered by an online predator and that he had a girlfriend who drowned her baby in the toilet. Despite all this, he never made air aside from a few-seconds clip of him walking. He did make it through the New Jersey court system, however, and received lifetime parole and registration as a sex offender.

Sean Lee also oddly never made air, despite the fact that he was one of 3 men to arrive at the same time, likely because he is mentally-handicapped. He received a sentence of 5 years probation and lifetime RSO status. His arrest record showed him to be disabled and unemployed, so he likely lives with his parents in Little Egg Harbor Township.

Chris Raynor received lifetime parole and RSO status. He was arrested again in 2017 for an unknown crime; I have been unable to find any other information regarding said case, but he likely faced extra time for parole violation.

Savio Noronha showed up in a stolen van to molest a child. His chat log is not available online, but he was not charged in connection with grand theft auto and likely received the "Ocean County special" of life as an RSO and parolee.

Jean Erick Santil was another of a long line of New Jersey predators who worked with children (in his case, as a special needs school bus driver). Never again, as he received lifetime parole and lifetime sex offender registration. Nothing is known of his post-TCAP life aside from his sentence.

Thomas Shin received lifetime parole and lifetime RSO status and lost his job as court administrator for the state of New Jersey.

John P. Donnelly received lifetime parole and lifetime RSO status, and he never fulfilled his dream of working in sports broadcasting. Judging by his personality, however, this may be unrelated.

Howard Thornton III, despite crossing state lines, received lifetime parole and lifetime registration as a sex offender. However, as terms of his release, like the other men, he has been banned from owning a computer and having unsupervised contact with minors.

David C. Russell received lifetime parole and lifetime registration as a sex offender.

Daniel Figueroa got lifetime parole and lifetime sex offender registration for the long chat he had with a PJ decoy and the drive he had from Brooklyn to Mantoloking, New Jersey.

Gregory Stewart was the creep who chased the decoy, and he earned the lifetime parole supervision and lifetime RSO status he got.

Terry Warner received lifetime parole and lifetime registration as a sex offender.
