James Rauch was the teacher from Ohio who received 46 months in federal prison and lifetime RSO status and probation. He was released in February 2011 after serving his full sentence, and he currently lives in Cincinatti.
David Quist was the only Kentucky predator who took his case to trial and paid a hefty price. He got 10 years in the state penitentiary, 5 years of supervised release, and lifetime registration as a sex offender. He was likely released between 2015 and 2018, and he msut remain on probation until his 5 years is up and register as a sex offender for life. He lives in Kent, Ohio.
Michael Meyers found a new way to hurt teens when he showed up to rape one. Despite his pathetic pleas, he received 5 years in state prison, 5 years probation, and 20 years RSO status. His RSO status lasts until 2033, but I have been unable to find his page. He might have a chance at leading a normal life when he is 55.
There is not much information on Timothy Kyne. He has been reported as a resident of Indiana and Ohio, but his current address is listed in Ohio. He received 46 months in federal prison for crossing state lines, and he must be on probation and the sex offender registry for life.
Nicholas Paul Kelly is a pretty scary-looking felon. He received 5 years in state prison and 20 years of sex offender registration. In 2017, he was arrested for fleeing the police and leading them on a high-speed chase, and for failing to comply with his sex offender registration, and received concurrent 5-, 5-, and 1-year sentences respectively. He was released in December 2019 and will remain on parole until 2023 and the sex offender registry until at least 2027. He lives in Morehead, Kentucky.
Charles McAllister received 5 years in state prison, 5 years probation, and 20 years RSO status. He likely served longer than his original sentence, as his first RSO picture is in 2014. His probation has since expired, and, judging by his age, he will be registered for life.
Paul Josheph Westwood (yes, Josheph) received 3 years in prison for child porn in Ohio and 4 years, 3 months for crossing state lines to Kentucky for sex with a minor. He likely served the sentences concurrently and was released between 2011 and 2013. He will remain on probation and the sex offender registry for life (having to update his status every 90 days as a sexual predator in Ohio), and currently lives in a town called Hamilton.
Donny Emmert, like many men caught in Kentucky, crossed state lines from Ohio, earning himself 46 months in federal prison followed by lifetime probation and RSO status. He currently lives in a town called Roseville in his home state.
Dennis Wissel was an army sergeant from Ohio who betrayed his country and received a fitting punishment of 7 years in federal prison, lifetime probation, and lifetime RSO status. He was released in May 2013 and still lives in Ohio, not owning a car.
Richard Springmeier earned himself a slightly more lenient sentence but still faced federal charges for travelling from Ohio for sex with a minor. He received 46 months in prison, remaining on probation until 2014, and much register as a sex offender until at least 2032. He currently lives in Newport, near the site of his arrest, and must also live life as a 5'1" man.
Anthony Orangias was a disabled man from Indiana who crossed state lines to have sex with a minor. Unlike the other men, his disability earned him a lenient sentence of 1 year house arrest, 5 years probation, and 20 years of sex offender registration. His probation expired in 2012, and he must stay an RSO until at least 2027.
Randy K. Stone was one unlucky fellow. Although he didn't show up at the Highland Heights sting house, he was arrested after driving 5 hours to meet a decoy from the sting a few weeks later. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison and released in 2014. He must remain on probation and register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. He lives in Dexter, Kentucky.
Matthew Barlow traveled from Ohio to Kentucky to rape a minor and found himself with 46 months in federal prison and lifetime RSO status and probation. He was released in 2012, and he currently lives in Akron, Ohio.
Hamilton Ohio is right next to Cincinnati. It's actually considered part of it.
