To Catch A Predator Update: Central Georgia

Jeffrey Pansino is the textbook definition of a sexual predator. He chatted with a decoy in Fortson, but didn't show up at that sting. He did show up in Twiggs County, Georgia, however, and earned himself 5 years in prison, 25 years probation, and lifetime RSO status. He lives in South Carolina.

Martin McAllister hit up the decoy and, after his arrest, was revealed to have molested 2 children. He received 30 years in prison, and he will not be eligible for release until 2027.

Jeffrey Ray Rutledge had previously served time for federal sex charges, hit up a decoy in Fortson, and tried to escape from a mental institution. Despite this and the fact that he was charged with 17 felonies and misdemeanors, he received only 10 years in prison and 15 years probation. He was released early and arrested in November 2017 for probation violation. He has since been re-released and lives in Canton, Georgia.

Michael McNany didn't show up to the sting, but did send porn to a minor. He didn't go to jail, but he did earn lifetime registration as a sex offender. He lives in Leesburg, Georgia.

Nor did Casey Dykes show up. However, he received a year in prison, 4 years probation, and lifetime RSO status for using numerous accounts to hit up a decoy, even pretending to be a woman at one point. He lives in Cochran, Georgia.
