Dairy State Degenerates: Clinton, WI


     Alex D. Garnica is probably among the worst human beings to exist in the state of Wisconsin. At just 20, he was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child in exchange for cocaine trafficking and bail jumping charges being dropped. He was sentenced to 4.5 years in prison with probation until 2019 and lifetime status as a registered sex offender, in addition to paying his victim restitution. He lives at 612 Cross Street in Clinton, Wisconsin.

     Bradley James Price has always been a scumbag, convicted of at least five OUIs and divorced from his wife and sued for child support before his 2003 child porn conviction, which earned him a sentence of 2.5 years in prison, 1.5 years probation, and lifetime RSO status. He was arrested in 2021 on another child porn count, and he lives at 707 Carol Street Apartment D in Clinton, Wisconsin. 

     Dennis L. Schwind is a waste of life. Convicted of incest and child molestation, he got off with 25 years probation and lifetime RSO status. Must have bothered him, though. Despite being arrested in 1997 and convicted in 2000, he has dragged out his case all the way to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, although, in 2019, they affirmed his conviction. He must stay on probation until 2025. His wife divorced him several years after his conviction and he was sued in civil courts by various companies for nearly $100,000. 

     Gene Allen Williams decided to molest a little boy, and in 2017 he was sentenced to a measly 1 year in prison, although the lifetime sex offender registration and his wife divorcing him are both nice touches. He lives at 5358 South Carvers Rock Road.
 
     Jeffery L. Barr was divorced in 1991 before being arrested in 1995 for molesting a child and sentenced to 10 years in state prison with lifetime RSO status. He was arrested just days ago for sex offender registry violation, and he lives at 256 1/2 Allen Street Apartment F.

     Kevin G. Isensee was convicted of repeated sexual assault against a child in 2003, with charges of first-degree child rape being dropped. He was sentenced to just 9 months in jail with probation until 2008 and lifetime sex offender registration. He would later marry a woman named Ashlee but be divorced and sued for paternity. In 2017, he was arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault and sentenced to a measly 1 year probation.

     Roger Allen Wilson is a serial sex offender. More than 70 years old, he showed a child his genitals and pornography and violated his sex offender registry nearly a dozen times after earning at least eight misdemeanor convictions for domestic abuse. Convicted in 2012, he was sentenced to prison until 2015 and probation until 2019.

The "Jesus Rocks" Predator Is Telling Lies Again

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best.      Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year.
