38 Pedophiles Busted In Tallahassee Sting

     38 men and women were arrested as part of a weeklong effort targeting sex predators in Tallahassee. Of these arrests, 28 came from violation of terms stemming from existing offenders, including probation violation, failure to register as a sex offender, and failing to report new vehicles and online accounts that could be used to commit future crimes.

     10 new arrests were made for online solicitation of minors and for child pornography:

     1. Eddie Kemp is an EMS captain and coach who traveled to meet a minor for sex.

     2. Sasha Brown is a sex offender who failed to register as such or report a new Grindr account and traveled to meet a minor for sex after masturbating online.

     3. Danny Waller is a homeless man who traveled to meet a minor for sex with meth and a pipe.

     4. Neil Hawley crossed state lines from Dothan, Alabama, to rape a minor after sending porn and chatting online.

     5. Aaron Vickers was arrested for five counts of child pornography possession.

     6. Terry L. Lynch was arrested on a sexual battery warrant.

     7. Brian Geary was arrested on three counts of child porn possession.

     8. Dannon Glover was arrested for distributing child pornography.

     9. Kenneth Gabbard was arrested for traveling to meet a minor for sex and four counts of sending a child pornography.

     10. Christopher Davenport was arrested for traveling to meet a minor for sex.

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002.
