     Roger A. Bellinder was convicted of child enticement, statutory rape, bail jumping (10 counts of it were dismissed), and exposure of harmful materials. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison, released in 2017 after serving his full sentence, and placed on probation until 2025 and lifetime RSO status. His wife filed for divorce immediately after his arrest. He is currently appealing his conviction for rape. He lives at 535 Ridge St. Apartment 17.

     Wayne A Schneidewind used a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and received 5 years in prison, which was reduced to 1 year upon appeal. He was ordered to spend 9 years on probation, which ended in 2018, and register as a sex offender for 25 years. He lives at 39 High Street, Apartment 2B.

     George Coggon went without committing a crime for 65 years, until, in 2004, he raped a child and earned 5 years of probation and lifetime RSO status. Unfortunately, he is 81 and still alive, at 404 Pine Street.

     Charles B. Halverson was convicted of child sexploitation and statutory rape in 2013 and sentenced to 18 months in state prison and probation until 2022. He is living out the rest of his life at 503 Green Street as a registered sex offender.

     Gary E. Steele molested a child but pled down to an attempted molestation charge and got 8 years in prison and 10 years probation. He lives at 625 Dodge Street, Room 204.

     Cory L. Horsfall molested a child in 1993 and was sentenced to a year in prison. In 2000, he violated his released and was sentenced to 15-20, of which he served 10. In 2012, this registered sex offender was convicted of 4th degree sexual assault and received 135 days in jail. His wife divorced him in 2017. He was evicted in 2019, and in 2020 he was charged with burglary, rape, and false imprisonment; all charges were dropped, even though he was a registered sex offender. He also has over a dozen traffic violations. In short, he is a waste of life, and it would be a shame if anything were to happen to him at 6102 County Line Road. 

     Richard Robert Parsons was convicted of first-degree child rape in 2018 and spent 18 months in jail. He must remain on probation until 2033 and register as a sex offender for life. He lives at 3179 County Road B.

The "Jesus Rocks" Predator Is Telling Lies Again

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best.      Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year.
