Dairy State Degenerates: Caledonia-Franksville, WI

 

     Caledonia-Franksville has 2 convictions for a crime I haven't seen anywhere else in Wisconsin. Chase C. Tonar was convicted of sexual assault of a student by a staff member in 2016 (he was charged with 3 counts) and received 4 months in jail, 3 years probation, and 20 years registration as a sex offender. He lives at 2953 Forestview Circle.

     Jason D. Matrise was convicted of the same crime in 2003 and sentenced to 2.5 years in prison with 3 years probation and 20 years RSO status, which expires in 2024. He lives at 600 60th Street. 

     Adam M. Schmitt committed incest against his stepchild and in 2010 received 4 years in prison, with credit for the 8 months he had served in jail. He was released in December 2013 and remained, until 2019, on probation. He will be registered as a sex offender until 2035 and lives with his smug attitude at 2023 Raymond Avenue.

     Jonathan R. Schattner is the size of a child, which explains why he was convicted of molesting one in 2010 and sentenced to 4 years probation and lifetime RSO status. It's a shame: the prisoners would have loved him. He lives at 4532 80th Street.

     Luke E. Miller was convicted of first-degree sexual assault of a child in 1991 and spent nearly 11 years in prison. He lives at 8720 4 Mile Road.

     Douglas J. Liesch was convicted of child rape and sentenced to 6 months in jail and 55 months probation. He lives at 4822 W. 5 Mile Road. 

     Mark V. Fehlhaber of 6200 Raynor Avenue was sentenced to 6 months in jail and 4 years probation in 2007 for second-degree sexual assault of a child.

To Catch A Predator Update: Darke County

        Kevin Westerbeck was convicted in November 2006 of luring a child in Darke County and had 9 months added to his sentence of 11 months for soliciting a police decoy in Fairborn in 2005. He was also convicted of molesting his niece and sentenced to another 10 years as well as lifetime sexual predator status. He was released in December 2016, and he has been spotted stocking shelves at a Kroger store.       Jeffrey Stacy was convicted and sentenced to 6 months in jail, forfeiture of his car, probation until 2010, and sex offender registry until 2017. He was removed and later got married in 2018, his wife an ugly brute who apparently has no problem with child molestors. He was recently fired from a position instructing children at a karate dojo after his TCAP appearance was uncovered.       Timothy Isaac was convicted in 2006 and sentenced to 8 months in jail and RSO status until 2017. The "Jesus Rocks" Predator Is Telling Lies Again

     Matthew Clifton Cogburn was born on July 22nd, 1984, in Gray, Georgia, where he was raised and ultimately spent his life. Apparently, his childhood was fairly normal for a kid in Georgia: he spent eight years flattening out a pile of dirt near his home, enjoyed playing with LEGOs, was an average student in school, and was raised as a very religious child, attending church camps every summer. He graduated Jones County High School in 2002. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best.      Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year.
